Heat & Product Handling
During the hottest months of the year, it is possible for wax beads to soften, clump together, or even harden during transit. This is a common occurrence across the industry — if you read reviews for other wax companies on Amazon, you will see the same issue reported.
The good news: This does not affect the performance or quality of the wax.
If your wax arrives clumped, softened, or hardened:

Place the sealed bag in the freezer for 60–120 minutes.

Once firm, gently break apart the beads and melt as normal.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
To help us resolve shipping issues quickly, please follow these steps:

Do not open the package if it appears damaged.

Take clear photos of the box from all sides, the shipping label, and the product packaging inside.

Email the photos to SexySmoothWax@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a package is opened, we are unable to verify the condition upon delivery, which may prevent us from filing a carrier claim.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the ongoing virus outbreak and our commitment to customer safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order placed in error before fulfillment, please note:

A 25% pass-through fee will be charged.

This fee covers merchant provider charges and internal processing costs.
