Meet Sarah, Founder of Monarch Glow Esthetics

Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, waxing, and the beauty industry that began in 2018. I created Monarch Glow Esthetics in May 2025 to provide clients with a more personal approach to beauty and self-care, where comfort, trust, and individual needs come first.

Personalized Waxing & Skincare

I specialize in facial and full-body waxing, along with personalized skincare services. I believe every client has different skin, goals, and preferences, so I take the time to listen before recommending or performing a service.

Rather than rushing through appointments, my goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and receiving services tailored to them. I want every visit to combine professional care, education, genuine connection, and a touch of luxury.

Monarch Glow Esthetics was built around the experience I wanted clients to have from the moment they walk through the door. I want people to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for while receiving high-quality waxing and skincare services.

For me, a successful appointment is about more than the final result. I want clients to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and happy that they took time for themselves.

The Inspiration Behind Monarch Glow

As a mother of two daughters, building Monarch Glow has a special meaning for me. They motivate me to continue learning, growing, and pursuing the career I love.

Creating my own business has allowed me to build a future I am proud of while showing my daughters the importance of following their goals and creating their own path. Monarch Glow Esthetics reflects that same philosophy: helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable being themselves.

I believe in the client experience. I left my franchise job because I was tired of rushing through services and pushing products I didn’t believe in.  Monarch Glow is about achieving clients goals and skincare needs, by taking the time to listen and build client connection. As a mother I understand the importance of self care, a quiet space or simply needing someone to vent to when life gets crazy, and Monarch Glow is the space for that. 

Monarch Glow is unique because I combine personalized waxing and skincare with a genuine focus on helping women especially moms feel comfortable, confident and cared for. I create a welcoming, judgment-free experience while providing personalized education and treatments designed to support women’s skin through hormonal changes, aging and motherhood.
